Deluxe Makeover

Indulge in a haircut from a professional stylist at an award winning salon followed by a professional makeover and photoshoot. Your fantastic day will take place in a funky fashion studio where helpful and expert staff will ensure you’ll have a great experience!

What happens on the day?
On the day, you’ll be greeted at reception at your chosen location. You will then meet your stylist and discuss what look and pictures you’d like to achieve from your session. Receive top hair and beauty expertise in a lively environment with premium end products at one of the leading makeover & photographic studios in the country.

Your time at the studio will include the following:
Welcome & Consultation
Intensive moisturising hair treatment
Professional Make-up application
Professional hair cut
Blow-dry and finish
Professional photoshoot
Portfolio viewing (digitally)
Complimentary A4 Print (image included must be an individual shot of the voucher holder)
Complimentary drinks available throughout

If you feel like splashing out and treating yourself then bring some extra spending money on the day as there are plenty of opportunities to buy make-up, hair products and additional photos.  Alternatively, you might prefer to leave the plastic at home and just sit back and enjoy the transformation!

Please be aware that you might spend some time waiting between different parts of the experience, so bring a good book and enjoy the chance to relax!

What should I wear?
Please wear comfortable clothing to arrive at the studio and bring around 4-6 outfits for the photoshoot itself.
Remember to bring your accessories – jewellery, sunglasses, hats etc.

How long should I allow for this experience?
You should allow approximately 5 hours for the whole experience.

When does the activity take place?
Bookings can be made weekdays or weekends all year round subject to availability.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on the voucher.  This is only a guideline and we advise you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.  You must book and take your experience before the expiry date.  All bookings are subject to availability.

Are there any restrictions?
Under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult.
Your voucher is valid for 9 months from the date of issue. You must book and take your experience before the voucher expiry date. Kindly note that  vouchers may not be extended beyond their expiration date.

What about the weather?
The weather will not affect this activity.

Can I bring spectators?
Sorry no spectators are allowed.

What about insurance?
Personal Accident Insurance to the value of £50,000 together with cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher. The centres contracted with us hold public indemnity liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to vehicles or equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

What else do I need to know?
Your expiry date is printed on your voucher, please check the date as it is essential that you book and take your experience before this date.
Kindly note in order to limit non-attendance, a fully refundable booking deposit of £25 per person will be taken upon booking. The deposit will be refunded within 10-14 days of your appointment.
In order to minimise disruption to other customers, group size is restricted to max 3 people taking their experience together.
At some studios you will receive your chosen image on CD rather than as a print.
All CD, print and album orders are processed and delivered within 7-10 working days. Frame orders may take up to 3 weeks.
Access may be limited for people with disabilities – further information is available on request.
It can take up to eight weeks for your pictures to be produced and there will be a £5 delivery charge for your photograph/s to be sent to you.  This is payable on the day or alternatively you can choose to have the fee deducted from the booking deposit.  This is to ensure that the photographs arrive safely as they will be sent by recorded delivery.
